导轨爬行分岔的Washout滤波器控制

Abstract:

利用Washout滤波器技术控制机床导轨系统爬行时出现的Hopf分岔现象。根据需要引入的Hopf分岔点来选择控制点,按Hopf分岔条件确定Washout非线性控制器的线性增益和非线性增益系数,将系统的亚临界Hopf分岔控制为超临界Hopf分岔,使得受控机床导轨系统爬行时振幅降低为原来的14%。理论分析和仿真表明了该控制方法的有效性。
