Abstract:

电力客户价值分析是供电企业针对不同价值客户实施差异化服务,实现利益最大化的基础。首先对客户价值进行了分析和界定,从客户当前价值和潜在价值2个方面构建了客户价值评价指标体系,建立了兼顾主客观因素的权重确定模型,并对南方某市供电公司的5个客户进行了分析,验证了该客户价值分析体系的有效性和实用性。
