车电互联削峰填谷的经济成本效益分析

Abstract:

车电互联技术实现了电网与电动汽车的电力双向交换,是智能电网建设的重要组成部分。分别建立了电动汽车放电用户、电力企业的成本效益分析模型,并以2010年某市高峰负荷为例,分析了4种品牌电动汽车入网高峰放电削峰填谷的成本和收益。研究结果表明,根据不同电动车的电池容量和充电成本,在一定的削峰负荷范围内,车电互联模式总的净利润大于零,而这些利润分摊给电动车主和电力企业后,车电互联双方都可以实现盈利。
