汽车发动机悬置系统研究进展

Abstract:

汽车发动机悬置系统对汽车NVH性能的提升起着非常关键的作用。汽车的高速、大功率和轻量化发展对悬置系统的隔振性能提出了更为严格的要求。发动机悬置系统设计与优化是改善汽车乘坐舒适性、行驶平顺性以及整车的NVH性能的重要技术措施之一。本文介绍6种典型汽车发动机悬置系统橡胶元件设计方法的原理和不足,并对悬置系统设计的发展趋势进行展望,以为汽车发动机悬置系统的设计研究提供理论参考。
