小米中结合型酚类化合物的分离与鉴定

Abstract:

采用碱降解法使珍珠小米中的结合酚释放出来,并优化碱降解条件,利用酚类化合物追踪法,对降解产物中的酚类化合物进行分离鉴定。结果表明最佳碱降解时间为4h,NaOH浓度为5mol?L-1,最佳的结合酚提取溶剂为甲醇。应用优化的提取条件提取得到结合酚粗提物,通过常压硅胶柱层析和SephedexLH-20柱层析从碱降解粗提物中分离得到2个单体化合物,采用核磁共振(NMR)和电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)鉴定其化学结构分别为反式阿魏酸和反式阿魏酸甲酯。
