客机舱门承受爆炸冲击荷载的数值模拟及加固试验

Abstract:

运用理论分析、数值模拟、模型实爆试验相结合的方法,对客机舱门门边结构和受力状态进行分析,得到了描述舱门门边受力部位的力学模型。针对门边受力部位承受爆炸冲击载荷下的状态,运用ABAQUS有限元软件的Explicit模块进行数值模拟,分析了门边加固的必要性和加固难点,提出了舱门门边的加固措施,并对实爆试验与数值模拟结果进行了对比。研究结果表明原型客机舱门门边不能承受爆炸冲击力,必须加固;加固所用的减压板平均厚度应为5mm,加强板平均厚度为6mm,加固件总质量为3.98kg,加固措施有效。
