桂西野生蕨菜黄酮提取工艺优化研究

Abstract:
以产自广西乐业的野生蕨菜为试材,在考察单因素对蕨菜黄酮提取效率影响的基础上,运用正交实验优化了蕨菜黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明影响蕨菜黄酮提取因素大小依次为回流温度、乙醇浓度、液料比及回流时间;最佳提取工艺条件为回流温度90℃,乙醇浓度50%(V/V),液料比55∶1(V/m),回流时间2.0h;在该条件下,蕨菜黄酮提取率达7.29%。
