Abstract:

多汁乳菇是深受人们喜爱、具有富含人体必需氨基酸和微量元素的食用菌。该文简述了多汁乳菇的生物学形态、生境、人工栽培、营养和药用价值以及发展趋势,指出其具有很好的食用和药用价值,特别是在维护生态平衡、保护生态环境、促进林木生长等方面的应用具有广阔的发展前景。同时多汁乳菇子实体中含有多种生物活性物质以及抗菌活性,其体内可产生橡胶,为开发微生物产生橡胶提供模式微生物。
