喷雾干燥法制备丝瓜水固体粉末及其抑菌作用研究

Abstract:

选择喷雾干燥法将丝瓜水制备成干燥的固体粉末,优选喷雾干燥的最佳工艺参数;选择真菌类的白色念珠菌和黑曲霉,分别以丝瓜水粉末1×10-1、1×10-2和1×10-3g/mL的稀释液,在25、35和45℃下进行抑菌试验。结果表明喷雾干燥的最佳工艺参数为进风温度163℃、进料速度20mL/min、喷雾压力70mmHg、通针频率10次/min;丝瓜水粉末稀释液浓度为1×10-2g/mL以上时对黑曲霉有较强抑制作用,当浓度达1×10-1g/mL时,抑菌效果非常显著;对白色念珠菌抑制作用相对较弱,浓度达1×10-1g/mL时,有较强抑制作用。喷雾干燥法制备丝瓜水的固体粉末工艺简单、易行。?
