果实脱落过程中水解酶作用的研究现状及展望

Abstract:

果实的脱落是由于离区细胞间质的降解,而细胞间质的降解有赖于水解酶的参与,这使得水解酶成为近年来器官脱落研究的热点之一。该文主要综述了各种水解酶的生化特性、克隆表达以及降解细胞间质作用等方面的研究现状,并展望了其未来的发展方向,以期推进水解酶在果实脱落上的研究及其相关制品的开发利用。
