基于RISCAbstract: Aim Tostudyareal-timetrafficflowmeasurementsystemprovidingnecessarystatisticsoftrafficflowparametersfortrafficdepartmentsthroughmeasuringvehiclenumber,velocityandothertrafficparameters.MethodsThereal-timetrafficflowmeasurementwasprocessedthroughimagedifferencemethod.Becauseofitscapabilityfordataprocessingathighspeed,theRISC(reducedinstructionsetcomputer)wasusedtocarryoutreal-timeandpracticalresearchonthewholesystem.ResultsExperimentdevicesofreal-timetrafficflowmeasurementwasdevelopedandthepracticalalgorithmofimageprocessingwasdesignedanddebugged.ConclusionInpracticaltrafficflowmeasurement,theprecisionofmeasuringvehiclenumberisover95%.Thesystemworkrobustlyundervariousconditions,itcanautomaticallycopewiththegradualandsuddenchangesoftheenvironmentlight.
