%0 Journal Article %T 基于RISC %J 北京理工大学学报 %D 1999 %X  Aim Tostudyareal-timetrafficflowmeasurementsystemprovidingnecessarystatisticsoftrafficflowparametersfortrafficdepartmentsthroughmeasuringvehiclenumber,velocityandothertrafficparameters.MethodsThereal-timetrafficflowmeasurementwasprocessedthroughimagedifferencemethod.Becauseofitscapabilityfordataprocessingathighspeed,theRISC(reducedinstructionsetcomputer)wasusedtocarryoutreal-timeandpracticalresearchonthewholesystem.ResultsExperimentdevicesofreal-timetrafficflowmeasurementwasdevelopedandthepracticalalgorithmofimageprocessingwasdesignedanddebugged.ConclusionInpracticaltrafficflowmeasurement,theprecisionofmeasuringvehiclenumberisover95%.Thesystemworkrobustlyundervariousconditions,itcanautomaticallycopewiththegradualandsuddenchangesoftheenvironmentlight. %K 交通流 %K 图像处理 %K 图像差分方法 %U http://journal.bit.edu.cn/zr/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=19990368&flag=1
