进气管结构对增压柴油机进气不均匀度影响的研究

Abstract:

在某V型多缸柴油机性能试验和多个气缸压力测量的基础上,对该柴油机的一维性能仿真计算模型进行了标定和校核,并应用验证后的模型计算和分析了该柴油机采用Π型进气管和环型进气管时各缸进气流量的不均匀度.分析表明:不同的进气管结构造成各缸进气门前压力波动的规律差异很大,进而引起进气门前后压差的变化规律差异较大,最终造成各缸进气不均匀度的差异很大,采用环型进气管可以降低发动机的进气不均匀度.
