某型燃气轮机一体化叶盘转子系统动力学特性

Abstract:

以某型燃气轮机转子系统为研究对象,建立了叶盘转子一体化模型,通过子结构法与整体法所求静频结果的比较,验证了子结构法分析计算过程的准确性和高效性.应用子结构法,考虑离心应力的作用,求解了一体化叶盘转子系统在工作转速下的动频,并与传递矩阵法的计算结果进行了比较,分析了叶片对整体模态的影响.建立了不同展弦比下叶盘系统的模型,探讨了在定宽度和定长度情况下,不同叶片展弦比对系统模态的影响变化规律.研究结果表明:考虑叶片对一体化叶盘转子系统离心刚化的作用,使得研究结果更加接近工程实际,叶片展弦比对系统的振动特性存在较大的影响.研究为某型燃气轮机转子的动力学设计提供了理论依据.
