淡豆豉炮制前后异黄酮组分含量的比较

Abstract:

采用HPLC法对淡豆豉炮制前后大豆苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元、染料木素含量进行测定,以探讨淡豆豉炮制前后异黄酮组分含量的变化。结果表明:炮制对淡豆豉中异黄酮组分含量有明显影响,炮制后大豆苷、染料木苷含量降低,大豆苷元、染料木素含量升高。淡豆豉炮制后苷类成分含量降低,苷元类成分含量升高,提示淡豆豉的炮制存在由苷向苷元转化的过程。
