催化膜和催化膜反应器:整合的高效和环保催化过程, PP. 1152-1158 Keywords: catalyticmembrane,catalyticmembranereactor,catalystheterogenization,decatungstate,polyvinylidenefluoride,Hyflon,phenoldegradation Abstract: ?Thedesignofnewheterogeneousphotooxygenationsystemsabletoemployvisiblelight,oxygen,mildtemperatures,andsolventwithalowenvironmentalimpacthasbeeninvestigated.Inparticular,theheterogenizationofdecatungstate(W10O4-32),apolyoxometalatewithphotocatalyticactivityinoxidationreactions,hasbeencarriedoutinpolymericmembranesofpolyvinylidenefluoride.Thepolymericcatalyticmembranespreparedbyphaseinversiontechniquehavebeensuccessfullyappliedintheaerobicmineralizationofphenolinwater,whichwasusedasanexampleoforganicpollutant.Inordertoevaluatetheeffectofthepolymericenvironmentontheoverallcatalystbehavior,wehavealsoheterogenizedthedecatungstate(opportunelyfunctionalized)inperfluorinatedmembranemadeofHyflon.Thephotocatalyticcompositemembranesarecharacterizedbydifferentandtuneablepropertiesdependingonthenatureofthepolymericmicro-environment,inwhichthecatalystisconfined.Moreover,theselectiveseparationfunctionofthemembraneresultsinenhancedperformanceincomparisonwithhomogeneousreactions.
