Abstract:

?AcarbonpasteelectrodewithaddedmultiwallcarbonnanotubeschemicallymodifiedwithN-(3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl)-3,5-dinitrobenzamidewasusedastheelectrochemicalsensorforthedeterminationoftraceamountsofisoprenaline.Themodifiedelectrodeshowedgoodelectrocatalyticactivityfortheanodicoxidationofisoprenaline,whichwasduetoasubstantialdecreaseintheanodicoverpotential.Undertheoptimumconditions,measurementsusingsquarewavevoltammetryhadalinearrangeintherangeof0.3to125.0μmol/Lofisoprenalineandadetectionlimitof0.1μmol/L.Thediffusioncoefficientandkineticparametersweredeterminedusingelectrochemicalmethods.Therelativestandarddeviationforsevensuccessiveassaysof1.0and20.0μmol/Lisoprenalinewere1.9%and2.4%,respectively.Thiselectrochemicalsensorwassuccessfullyappliedforthedeterminationofisoprenalineinhumanurineandinjectionsolutionsamples.
