桥梁检测车悬架弹簧多级减振性能分析

Abstract:

:?根据非线性悬架系统特点,分析了三级刚度螺旋弹簧减振系统的工作原理和刚度特性。以某款桥梁检测车为对象,匹配设计了其三级刚度螺旋弹簧减振系统,并对减振系统进行了弹性特性、振动频率、阻尼特性分析。研究结果表明:多级刚度减振系统比单刚度系统具有更加理想的弹性特性曲线,更能满足汽车多负荷工况的需求;采用多级刚度减振系统可以降低汽车振动,提高汽车行驶平顺性和舒适性。
