基于DOE方法的客车车身骨架尺寸优化

Abstract:

:?为减轻客车车身骨架总重量,利用HyperMesh建立了某客车车身骨架的有限元模型,进行了静力分析及模态分析。提出采用使用DOE及极差分析和方差分析,确定车身骨架梁截面最优尺寸方案。得到的新车身骨架模型与原模型相比重量减轻了123.5kg,并满足动静态要求,达到轻量化设计的目的。研究表明,该车身骨架设计合理。
