轿车起步工况离合器压盘热-机耦合分析

Abstract:

:?在多重应力的作用下,压盘易发生失效。利用Pro/E建模,综合运用Hypermesh,MSC.MARC等有限元分析软件,完成对轿车标准起步工况下离合器压盘受热、受力模型的分析,得到起步士况下压盘温度场、应力场随半径及时间变化的趋势和规律。研究表明:不同工况下温度场与应力场的分布有一定的相似性,但应力场相对于温度场有一定的滞后性。
