基于电阻法的钢桥疲劳裂纹检测方法研究

Abstract:

:?基于钢桥面板裂纹出现前后的电阻变化,分析了裂纹附近电阻变化规律及板宽、测点问距和测点布置方式对检测的影响,研究了基于电阻法原理的钢桥疲劳裂纹检测方法。研究表明:电极间距越小检测精度越高;大电极间距适合裂纹位置的初步判断,小电极间距适合裂纹的精确定位。设计了裂纹附近测点分布位置,提出3种电阻法检测的实用方法,建立了疲劳断面损伤率及裂纹等效深度计算公式。U肋部位疲劳裂纹检测试验结论表明:基于电阻法的钢桥裂纹检测技术可行,且具有较好的精度。
