基于抗滑性能的SMA配合比设计

Abstract:

:?为了研究各参数对SMA路面抗滑性能的影响并指导配合比设计,通过变化配合比设计相关参数,包括各控制筛孔通过率和沥青用量,进行正交试验设计。利用典型灰关联度量化各参数对抗滑性能的影响程度。结果表明:随着公称最大粒径通过率的增大,SMA路面的抗滑性能逐渐降低;对于SMA-13,随着9.5mm筛孔通过率的增加,路面的抗滑性能先增大后减小;当关键筛孔4.75mm通过率增大时,抗滑性能先减小后增大;随着2.36mm筛孔通过率的增加,抗滑性能呈增大趋势;随着沥青用量的增加,SMA路面的抗滑性能逐渐降低;各参数对抗滑性能影响程度大小依次为:最大粒径通过率﹥关键筛孔通过率﹥沥青用量﹥最大粒径次一级筛孔通过率、关键筛孔次一级筛孔通过率。得出抗滑性能良好的SMA级配范围。
