三轴车辆电控液压式全轮转向系统设计与控制

Abstract:

:?针对某型三轴车辆低速机动性不好、高速稳定性差的问题,通过对原车转向助力系统进行深入研究,设计了一套电控液压式全轮转向系统。针对全轮转向系统控制器设计难的问题,建立了车辆三自由度全轮转向数学模型,设计了全轮转向比例前馈和模糊控制反馈控制器。分别选取前轮转角为3°角阶跃输入,车速为20,80km/h两种转向工况,对全轮转向车辆与原双前桥转向车辆进行对比仿真研究。结果表明:所设计的全轮转向控制器能够改善车辆各状态参数的响应特性,降低车辆侧滑几率,提高车辆低速机动性和高速操纵稳定性。
