基于差异化服务的双渠道供应链服务合作策略

Abstract:

:?考虑渠道服务水平和网络渠道接受度,研究了双渠道供应链中零售商与制造商的服务合作决策问题。针对零售商为双渠道顾客提供相同服务和差异化服务两种情形,分别建立了制造商和零售商的Stackelberg博弈决策模型和集中式决策模型并进行了求解。研究发现,与提供相同服务相比,零售商提供差异化服务能改善供应链成员及系统利润;同时在分散式决策模式下,零售商为直销渠道提供的最优服务水平略低于传统渠道。
