进气门晚关米勒循环对柴油机燃烧和排放影响的研究

Abstract:

?基于D6114柴油机的BOOST模型,分析了进气门晚关米勒循环对柴油机燃烧和排放的影响。结果表明:推迟进气门关闭时刻可以减小压缩阶段的压力和温度,从而使滞燃期增长;但是由于缸内工质的减少,缸内平均温度和碳烟排放升高;增压压力的提高可以弥补进气损失,研究发现进气门晚关结合提高增压压力及推迟喷油,可同时降低NOx和碳烟的排放;在保持爆发压力与原机相同时,采用米勒循环度M60、喷油正时推迟2°CA的方案,油耗降低4g/(kW·h),碳烟排放降低6%,而NOx的排放量降低了31%.
