小麦麸皮中有效成分及药理活性研究进展

Abstract:

小麦麸皮为小麦的种皮,具有悠久的药用历史。现代研究发现麦麸含有膳食纤维、酚类物质、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等多种类型的化合物,并具有降糖、降压、调脂、抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、预防结肠癌、防止基因突变、调节免疫力、吸附重金属等广泛的药理活性,具有很大的开发利用价值,受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。该文对麦麸中有效成分及药理作用的国内外最新研究现状作一综述,并简要介绍了麦麸综合开发与利用中的限制因素,为我国丰富的麦麸资源的开发利用提供了新的参考。
