纤维剩余物酶解工艺研究

Abstract:

?富含单宁的塔拉豆荚经水解制备没食子酸,其剩余物中富含纤维素。本研究探讨了酶解各因素对塔拉纤维剩余物还原糖产率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,进行料液比、酶解温度、pH和酶解时间四因素L16(4)5正交优化实验,其优化工艺条件为料液比1∶6g·mL-1,酶解温度55℃,pH6,酶解时间48h。在此条件下,酶解塔拉纤维剩余物还原糖产率均值为43.95%。
