基于用户效用最大的城乡道路客运线路运行组织优化模型

Abstract:

?为研究线路设计和运行模式对城乡客运线路运行组织优化的影响,将客运线路运行组织分为放射型全公交、通道型全公交、放射型公交加班车、通道型公交加班车4种类型,以用户效用最大为目标,建立了线路运行组织优化模型,并选择粒子群算法,运用MATLAB编写程序进行求解。研究结果表明:在经营者保本条件下,各方案的最优发车间隔分别为12.974,24.226,5.558,5.538min,此时各方案的用户效用分别为6974.903,7598.164,8879.187,9793.391元,由不同线路设计和运营模式组合形成的线路运行方案,其发车间隔和用户效用存在很大差异,应进行科学选择;从用户效用看,放射型全公交方案最优(费用损失最小);经测试该模型算法收敛性能和运算精度良好,优化模型及其算法在城乡客运一体化线路运行组织优化中可行性高。
