不确定中立型系统鲁棒稳定及镇定的时滞相关准则, PP. 578-583 Keywords: Neutralsystems,stability,stabilization,time-varyingstructureduncertainties,delay-dependentcriterion,linearmatrixinequality Abstract: ？Thispaperconcernsproblemofthedelay-dependentrobuststabilityandstabilizationforuncertainneutralsystems.Somenewdelay-dependentstabilitycriteriaarederivedbytakingtherelationshipbetweenthetermsintheLeibniz-Newtonformulaintoaccount.FreeweightingmatricesaregiventoexpresstherelationshipbetweenthetermsintheLeibniz-Newtonformulaandthenewcriteriaarebasedonlinearmatrixinequalitiessuchthatthefreeweightingmatricescanbeeasilyobtained.Moreover,thestabilitycriteriaarealsousedtodesignthestate-feedbackcontroller.Numericalexamplesdemonstratesthattheproposedcriteriaareeffectiveandareanimprovementoverthepreviouspapers.
