Abstract:

?Thisresearchisdedicatedtodevelopasafetymeasurementforhuman-machinecooperativesystem,inwhichthemachineregionandthehumanregioncannotbeseparatedduetotheoverlapandthemovementbothfromhumanandfrommachines.Ourproposalhereistoautomaticallymonitorthemovingobjectsbyimagesensing/recognitionmethod,suchthatthemachinesystemcangetenoughinformationabouttheenvironmentsituationandabouttheproductionprogressatanytime,andthereforethemachinescanaccordinglytakesomecorrespondingactionsautomaticallytoavoidhazard.Forthispurpose,twotypesofmonitorsystemsareproposed.Thefirsttypeisbasedontheomnidirectionalvisionsensor,andthesecondisbasedonthestereovisionsensor.Eachtypemaybeusedaloneortogetherwithanothertype,dependingonthesafetysystem'srequirementsandthespecificsituationofthemanufacturefieldtobemonitored.Inthispaper,thedescriptionaboutthesetwotypesaregiven,andasforthespecialapplicationoftheseimagesensorsintosafetycontrol,theconstructionofahierarchysafetysystemisproposed.
