用多传感器对制造车间进行大范围监测, PP. 956-967 Keywords: Sensornetwork,robotvision,safetycontrol,stereovision,omni-directionvision Abstract: ?Thisresearchisdedicatedtodevelopasafetymeasurementforhuman-machinecooperativesystem,inwhichthemachineregionandthehumanregioncannotbeseparatedduetotheoverlapandthemovementbothfromhumanandfrommachines.Ourproposalhereistoautomaticallymonitorthemovingobjectsbyimagesensing/recognitionmethod,suchthatthemachinesystemcangetenoughinformationabouttheenvironmentsituationandabouttheproductionprogressatanytime,andthereforethemachinescanaccordinglytakesomecorrespondingactionsautomaticallytoavoidhazard.Forthispurpose,twotypesofmonitorsystemsareproposed.Thefirsttypeisbasedontheomnidirectionalvisionsensor,andthesecondisbasedonthestereovisionsensor.Eachtypemaybeusedaloneortogetherwithanothertype,dependingonthesafetysystem'srequirementsandthespecificsituationofthemanufacturefieldtobemonitored.Inthispaper,thedescriptionaboutthesetwotypesaregiven,andasforthespecialapplicationoftheseimagesensorsintosafetycontrol,theconstructionofahierarchysafetysystemisproposed.
