用于IGCC电站空分系统空气压缩单元驱动方式的比较研究

Abstract:

在IGCC电站中,空气分离系统(空分系统)的能耗最高。如果能降低空分系统的能耗,将显著提高IGCC电站的供电效率。该文依托某IGCC示范电站,对IGCC电站独立空分系统空气压缩单元的2种驱动方式进行了分析比较,认为相比于电动机驱动方式,小型汽轮机驱动空气压缩单元的方式不仅有利于电站的启动,而且能使电站的供电效率提高0.47%,在低负荷工况下运行,提高的幅度会更加显著。为进一步提升电站经济效益,通过改造IGCC电站的余热锅炉,增加补燃装置,使其可以在空分系统启动时为小型汽轮机提供启动蒸汽,从而大大降低电站的初期投资。
