新疆阿勒泰牧区雪灾遥感监测体系构建与灾害评价系统研究, PP. 215-220 Abstract: itisofsignificancetoestablishanintegratedevaluationsystemofsnowdisasterinnorthernpastoralareas.basedonthenoaasatellitedigitalimages,fieldobservationdata,andmapsofgrasslandtypeandseasonalpastureland,thispaperselectedthewinterandspringpasturelandsinaletairegionofxinjiangasthemainareaofsnowdisaster-remotesensingmonitoring.withaffectingfactorsofeconomyandthecharacteristicsofnaturalresourcedistributioncomprehensivelyanalyzed,andusing3stechniquesandfieldsurveyinformation,afundamentalinformationprocessingmodelforintegratedevaluationofsnowdisasterwasbuiltup,andsnowdisaster-spatialevaluationindicesanddamagelevelsystemswereconstructed.naturalandsocialsystemsand20indiceswereselectedinsnowdisasterevaluationindicatorsystem.fourprincipalfactors,i.e.,snowcoverarea,snowdepthongrassland,persistencedaysoflowtemperature,andlivestockdeathrate,wereusedasthegradingindicesofsnowdisasterdamagelevel,andthemodelsofsnowdisasteridentificationandlossestimatationweresetuptoquantitativelyanalyzesnowdisaster.theresultsindicatedthatthesystemcouldaccuratelyreflectthedetailsofsnowhazardgradeandthesituationofadisasterintemporalandspatialscales,whichwouldhelptocarryoutthedynamicmonitoringandscientificestimatationofbigarea’ssnowdisasterinpastoralregion.
