%0 Journal Article %T 新疆阿勒泰牧区雪灾遥感监测体系构建与灾害评价系统研究 %A 刘兴元 %A 陈全功 %A 梁天刚 %A 郭正刚 %A 柴琦 %J 应用生态学报 %P 215-220 %D 2006 %X itisofsignificancetoestablishanintegratedevaluationsystemofsnowdisasterinnorthernpastoralareas.basedonthenoaasatellitedigitalimages,fieldobservationdata,andmapsofgrasslandtypeandseasonalpastureland,thispaperselectedthewinterandspringpasturelandsinaletairegionofxinjiangasthemainareaofsnowdisaster-remotesensingmonitoring.withaffectingfactorsofeconomyandthecharacteristicsofnaturalresourcedistributioncomprehensivelyanalyzed,andusing3stechniquesandfieldsurveyinformation,afundamentalinformationprocessingmodelforintegratedevaluationofsnowdisasterwasbuiltup,andsnowdisaster-spatialevaluationindicesanddamagelevelsystemswereconstructed.naturalandsocialsystemsand20indiceswereselectedinsnowdisasterevaluationindicatorsystem.fourprincipalfactors,i.e.,snowcoverarea,snowdepthongrassland,persistencedaysoflowtemperature,andlivestockdeathrate,wereusedasthegradingindicesofsnowdisasterdamagelevel,andthemodelsofsnowdisasteridentificationandlossestimatationweresetuptoquantitativelyanalyzesnowdisaster.theresultsindicatedthatthesystemcouldaccuratelyreflectthedetailsofsnowhazardgradeandthesituationofadisasterintemporalandspatialscales,whichwouldhelptocarryoutthedynamicmonitoringandscientificestimatationofbigarea’ssnowdisasterinpastoralregion. %U http://www.cjae.net/CN/abstract/abstract9541.shtml
