电动汽车与分布式电源协同有序控制研究

Abstract:

本文提出一种基于分层控制的有序充电控制架构,能够与传统电网控制架构融合的基础上,实现配电网范围内电动汽车和分布式可再生电源的协同有序控制。协同控制系统分为两层配电网控制系统和站级控制系统。配电网控制系统以配电变压器处负荷方差最小为目标,以电动汽车总充电能量需求,充电功率为约束进行有序调度,并把调度计划上传给电网调度中心,以安排发电机出力;站级系统以实际充电曲线与调度指令误差最小为目标,以单台电动汽车和换电电池的充电电量需求为约束,进行实时有序充电控制。以北京市某地区实际数据为例,验证了协同控制系统的合理性和准确性。
