基于夹角余弦的证据组合方法*

Abstract:

Dempster-Shafer证据合成理论广泛应用于信息融合领域,但在证据高度冲突时存在反直观问题.针对此问题,文中从证据源展开分析,提出基于夹角余弦的冲突证据合成方法.该方法首先利用Pignistic概率分析证据源,然后通过夹角余弦与阈值比较识别冲突证据,并利用证据间关系生成可变修正因子和非冲突证据的概率分配,对冲突证据进行修正.最后利用Dempster-Shafer规则完成证据合成.实验表明,该方法可有效处理高冲突证据,尤其在多个冲突证据时也能获得较好的合成效果,可应用于多源信息融合、模式识别、不确定信息决策等领域.
