泡沫相塔壁对泡沫分离牛血清蛋白分离性能的影响DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.0438-1157.2012.06.016, PP. 1765-1772 Abstract: Inordertoenhancefoamdrainage,thecolumnwithaninnersleeveinthefoamphasewasdesignedforstudyingeffectofthecolumnwalloffoamphaseonfoamseparationperformancesusingbovineserumalbumin(BSA)astheresearchsystem.Theeffectsofthewallontheliquidholdupoutofthetopcolumn,bubblesize,enrichmentandrecoverypercentagewereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatedthattheexperimentalcolumnwiththeinnersleevedecreasedtheliquidholdup,acceleratedthecoarseningandcoalescenceofbubblesandincreasedenrichmentofBSAcomparedthecontrastedcolumnwithouttheinnersleeve.Undertheconditionsoftheinitialconcentration0.2g?L-1ofBSA,airflowrate400ml?min-1,theexperimentalcolumnachieveduptoa2.06foldincreaseinenrichmentcomparedtothecontrastedcolumn.TheenrichmentofBSAincreasedwiththeincreaseofinnersleevelength.Channeltheoreticalanalysisshowedthattheratioofexteriorchannelstointeriorchannelsincreasedwiththeincreaseofbubblediameter.Sotheexperimentcolumnobtainedthebetterperformancesatthelowerconcentrationandthelowerairflowrate.Thebetterperformancesobtainedbyexperimentalcolumnshowedthatthedrainagerateofplateaubordersonwallwasgreaterthanthatofplateaubordersbetweenbubbles.Sotheinnersleeveprovidedmoreplateaubordersonwallandimprovedfoamdrainage.
