%0 Journal Article %T 泡沫相塔壁对泡沫分离牛血清蛋白分离性能的影响 %A 卢珂 %A 吴兆亮 %A 侯凯湖 %A 赵艳丽 %A 刘亚君 %A 杜晓丹 %J 化工学报 %P 1765-1772 %D 2012 %R 10.3969/j.issn.0438-1157.2012.06.016 %X Inordertoenhancefoamdrainage,thecolumnwithaninnersleeveinthefoamphasewasdesignedforstudyingeffectofthecolumnwalloffoamphaseonfoamseparationperformancesusingbovineserumalbumin(BSA)astheresearchsystem.Theeffectsofthewallontheliquidholdupoutofthetopcolumn,bubblesize,enrichmentandrecoverypercentagewereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatedthattheexperimentalcolumnwiththeinnersleevedecreasedtheliquidholdup,acceleratedthecoarseningandcoalescenceofbubblesandincreasedenrichmentofBSAcomparedthecontrastedcolumnwithouttheinnersleeve.Undertheconditionsoftheinitialconcentration0.2g?L-1ofBSA,airflowrate400ml?min-1,theexperimentalcolumnachieveduptoa2.06foldincreaseinenrichmentcomparedtothecontrastedcolumn.TheenrichmentofBSAincreasedwiththeincreaseofinnersleevelength.Channeltheoreticalanalysisshowedthattheratioofexteriorchannelstointeriorchannelsincreasedwiththeincreaseofbubblediameter.Sotheexperimentcolumnobtainedthebetterperformancesatthelowerconcentrationandthelowerairflowrate.Thebetterperformancesobtainedbyexperimentalcolumnshowedthatthedrainagerateofplateaubordersonwallwasgreaterthanthatofplateaubordersbetweenbubbles.Sotheinnersleeveprovidedmoreplateaubordersonwallandimprovedfoamdrainage. %K 泡沫分离 %K 塔壁 %K 持液量 %K 排液 %K 富集比 %U http://www.hgxb.com.cn/CN/abstract/abstract12653.shtml
