真空制冰水滴结冰过程影响因素分析

Abstract:

为研究真空制冰水滴结冰过程影响因素,建立了真空制冰动态特性的数学模型,通过实验验证了模型的正确性。基于实验并通过模型分析了真空制冰水滴结冰过程的影响因素,主要包括环境温度、环境压力、供水水温、水滴半径及水滴下落初速度。该数学模型为二元冰真空制备的优化设计提供了理论基础。
