60Co-γ射线辐照诱变筛选纳豆激酶高活耐热菌株

Abstract:

为得到高活热稳定性的纳豆激酶生产菌,本研究采用60Co-γ射线辐照诱变纳豆激酶生产菌,以酪蛋白平板法作为活性筛选方法。经过辐照剂量筛选确认800Gy为最适诱变剂量,在该剂量下正突变率最大,高达45%。经过800Gy诱变共得到60株活性提高的菌株。不同温度热处理后,11株菌在65℃显示了很好的热稳定性。
