灰树花胞外多糖提取工艺优化

Abstract:

通过对乙醇浓度、醇沉时间、醇沉温度3个单因素试验对灰树花胞外多糖提取过程中的变化规律进行研究,并且通过正交试验法,以灰树花EPS提取量为考察指标,对灰树花胞外多糖提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:灰树花胞外多糖的最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度95%、醇沉时间10h、醇沉温度4℃。在此条件下灰树花胞外多糖的提取量为321.94mg·L-1,较未优化的灰树花胞外多糖提取条件提高了57.79%。
