高压二氧化碳对烯丙基异硫氰酸酯脱除影响的研究

Abstract:

由于紫甘蓝色素提取物中存在硫苷的降解产物烯丙基异硫氰酸酯(AllylIsothiocyanates,AITC),因而限制了紫甘蓝色素提取物的工业应用。为了解决这一实际生产问题,以AITC溶液为实验材料,分析了不同压强和温度下高压二氧化碳(HighPressureCarbonDioxide,HPCD)脱除AITC的过程。结果表明:HPCD脱除AITC的过程符合一级动力学模型;增大压强对脱除速率和半衰期影响不显著(P>0.05),表明压强不是影响HPCD脱除AITC的主要因素;温度的升高使脱除速率增大了约2倍,半衰期明显减小,表明温度可能是影响HPCD脱除AITC的主要因素。通过进一步模拟分析HPCD作用下AITC的降解,确认了HPCD脱除AITC过程中热降解发挥的重要作用。
