水分胁迫下7个种源辽东冷杉幼苗水分利用效率差异DOI: 10.13332/j.1000-1522.20140452, PP. 27-34 Keywords: Abies,holophylla,water,use,efficiency,water,stress,stable,carbon,isotope,composition,(δ13C),provenance Abstract: Bytakingcurrent-yearseedlingsofAbiesholophyllafromsevenprovenancesinoneofnaturaldistributionareas(i.e.,easternmountainousareasofLiaoningProvince)asstudyobjects,westudiedlong-termwateruseefficiency(WUEL),instantaneouswateruseefficiency(WUEI),stablecarbonisotopecomposition(δ13C)ofA.holophyllaseedlings,andtheirrelationshipsunderthreewatertreatments(sufficientwatersupply,slightwaterstressandseverewaterstress)ingreenhouse,inordertorevealthedifferencesinwateruseefficiencyofA.holophyllaseedlingsamongprovenancesandthemechanismsunderlyingphysiologicalresponseofA.holophyllaseedlingstowaterstress.Theresultsshowedthatwiththeincreaseofwaterstress,WUELofseedlingsfromsevenprovenancesincreased,andthedifferenceofWUELamongprovenanceswassignificant(P<0.05)onlyunderseverewaterstresstreatment,buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceamongprovenancesundersufficientwatersupplyandslightwaterstresstreatment.WUEIandleafδ13Calsoincreased,andthedifferencesofWUEIandleafδ13Camongprovenanceswereverysignificant(P<0.01)underthreewatertreatments.ThedifferenceofWUELamongdifferentwatertreatmentsreachedsignificant(P<0.05)orverysignificantlevel(P<0.01),andthedifferenceofWUEIandleafδ13Camongdifferentwatertreatmentsallreachedverysignificantlevel(P<0.01).Leafδ13CandWUELofseedlingsundereachwatertreatmentshowedapositivecorrelation,andthiscorrelationbecamecloserandcloserwiththeincreaseofwaterstress.Therefore,leafδ13CcanbetheeffectiveindexforselectingprovenancesofA.holophyllawithhighwateruseefficiency.
