%0 Journal Article %T 水分胁迫下7个种源辽东冷杉幼苗水分利用效率差异 %A 腰政懋 %A 柴 %A 源 %A 冯 %A 博 %A 徐程扬 %J 北京林业大学学报 %P 27-34 %D 2015 %R 10.13332/j.1000-1522.20140452 %X Bytakingcurrent-yearseedlingsofAbiesholophyllafromsevenprovenancesinoneofnaturaldistributionareas(i.e.,easternmountainousareasofLiaoningProvince)asstudyobjects,westudiedlong-termwateruseefficiency(WUEL),instantaneouswateruseefficiency(WUEI),stablecarbonisotopecomposition(δ13C)ofA.holophyllaseedlings,andtheirrelationshipsunderthreewatertreatments(sufficientwatersupply,slightwaterstressandseverewaterstress)ingreenhouse,inordertorevealthedifferencesinwateruseefficiencyofA.holophyllaseedlingsamongprovenancesandthemechanismsunderlyingphysiologicalresponseofA.holophyllaseedlingstowaterstress.Theresultsshowedthatwiththeincreaseofwaterstress,WUELofseedlingsfromsevenprovenancesincreased,andthedifferenceofWUELamongprovenanceswassignificant(P<0.05)onlyunderseverewaterstresstreatment,buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceamongprovenancesundersufficientwatersupplyandslightwaterstresstreatment.WUEIandleafδ13Calsoincreased,andthedifferencesofWUEIandleafδ13Camongprovenanceswereverysignificant(P<0.01)underthreewatertreatments.ThedifferenceofWUELamongdifferentwatertreatmentsreachedsignificant(P<0.05)orverysignificantlevel(P<0.01),andthedifferenceofWUEIandleafδ13Camongdifferentwatertreatmentsallreachedverysignificantlevel(P<0.01).Leafδ13CandWUELofseedlingsundereachwatertreatmentshowedapositivecorrelation,andthiscorrelationbecamecloserandcloserwiththeincreaseofwaterstress.Therefore,leafδ13CcanbetheeffectiveindexforselectingprovenancesofA.holophyllawithhighwateruseefficiency. %K Abies %K holophylla %K water %K use %K efficiency %K water %K stress %K stable %K carbon %K isotope %K composition %K (δ13C) %K provenance %U http://j.bjfu.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract10195.shtml
