Influence of Lithuanian Scientific Output Evaluation on Publishing of Lithuanian Scientific Journals

The paper discusses changes in methodologies for assessment of scientific output produced by Lithuanian science and education institutions in the period 2005–2010. It provides the bibliometric assessment of scientific output in physical, technological, life and medical sciences and considers the impact of methodology changes on publishing of Lithuanian scientific journals; the summary of bibliometric data of Physical, Biomedical and Technological Lithuanian scientific journals in Thomson Reuters databases is presented, too.
