%X The paper discusses changes in methodologies for assessment of scientific output produced by Lithuanian science and education institutions in the period 2005¨C2010. It provides the bibliometric assessment of scientific output in physical, technological, life and medical sciences and considers the impact of methodology changes on publishing of Lithuanian scientific journals; the summary of bibliometric data of Physical, Biomedical and Technological Lithuanian scientific journals in Thomson Reuters databases is presented, too.
