This perspective reabily lend itself to the study of systems on national scale because it offers: a) a common language, b) a rigorous descriptive technique, c) an holistic approach, d) a dynamic panorama accentuating information and communication fiows, and flnaly, a focalized study of relations rather than their behaviour.
