%X The author presents a series of basic language and along with method and techniques for studying dynamic systems known as organized complexes. This perspective reabily lend itself to the study of systems on national scale because it offers: a) a common language, b) a rigorous descriptive technique, c) an holistic approach, d) a dynamic panorama accentuating information and communication fiows, and flnaly, a focalized study of relations rather than their behaviour.
