Cerebral ntratumoral Haemorrhage Associated With Neurofibromatosis Type 1 Case ReportKeywords: Neurofibromatosis Type 1 , haemorrhage , cerebral Abstract: Patients with Neurofibromatosis type 1 usually present themselves with multiple neurofibromas and cafe-au-lait spots. Vascular disorders have been reported in only a small number of cases. The patient was a 34 year-old woman with a history of headaches, unconsciousness. We observed widespread neurofibromas cutaneous neurofibromas. Computed tomography scan showed an irregular hyperdensity in the left temporal lobe. T2 weighted-Magnetic resonans imaging revealed left temporal hyperintense lesion. Cerebral angiography showed no intracranial vascular lesion. We briefly discussed a Neurofibromatosis type 1 case with a cerebral intratumoral haemorrhage as an uncommon feature of the disease.
