Vascular disorders have been reported in only a small number of cases. The patient was a 34 year-old woman with a history of headaches, unconsciousness. We observed widespread neurofibromas cutaneous neurofibromas. Computed tomography scan showed an irregular hyperdensity in the left temporal lobe. T2 weighted-Magnetic resonans imaging revealed left temporal hyperintense lesion. Cerebral angiography showed no intracranial vascular lesion.
