Magnetic resonance imaging findings of primary hepatic lymphomaKeywords: Key words: Lymphoma , magnetic resonance imaging , primary hepatic lymphoma Abstract: Primary hepatic lymphoma is a very rare entity and accountsfor less than 1% of all extranodal lymphomas. Ahigher incidence is seen in patients that are immunocompromised,such as transplant recipients and patients withincreased exposure to viruses such as Epstein- Barr virus,human immunodeficency (HIV), or hepatitis viruses.The majority are large B-cell lymphomas. The differentialdiagnosis for primary hepatic lymphoma is quite broad,including other primary and secondary hepatic malignancies,as well as infectious and inflammatory processes.In this study, a case of man with solitary primary hepaticlymphoma is presented magnetic resonance imagingfindings.Key words: Lymphoma, magnetic resonance imaging,primary hepatic lymphoma
